How to Become A Foster

1. Foster Application

Start by completing our easy online foster application. This helps us learn more about you and your home environment so we can match you with the right rabbit.

2. Meet Our Team

Once we receive your application, we’ll set up a time to chat! This allows us to answer any questions you may have and provide more details about the fostering process.

3. Prepare Your Space

We’ll guide you through setting up a safe and comfortable space for your foster rabbit. Don’t worry—fostering doesn’t require a lot of room, and we’ll provide tips on how to bunny-proof your home.

4. Receive Your Foster

After your home is ready, we’ll match you with a rabbit that fits your situation. We’ll provide all the supplies you need, including food, bedding, and toys.

5. Care and Love

Your main role as a foster is to provide care and attention. This includes feeding, cleaning, and offering a safe space for the rabbit to relax and grow.

6. Help Find a Forever Home

While fostering, you’ll help your rabbit prepare for adoption. You can share updates and cute photos with us, which will be used to help find the rabbit a permanent home. Sometimes, fosters even help match the rabbit with their future family!
